technology solutions, today announced a new strategic distribution relationship.
Under this agreement, GIS will distribute select ABBYY products and software
support services through its established network of resellers within the United
States.

States, selling and servicing document management systems, network integration

the addition of ABBYY's solutions to their product offerings, GIS will be able
to more effectively meet the demanding document management and forms automation
needs of its small, medium, and enterprise customers.

- FlexiCapture - A data capture and forms processing software that
automatically transforms the stream of different documents into usable business
