Product Training

Stewart, a Xerox Company, takes pride in our Post-Implementation training. Our approach is customizable, flexible, and will be aligned with our clients’ culture.

We are happy to provide on-site training within 48 hours of delivery and setup. At that time, we will provide summary user guides and Quick Tip Sheets for each device.

Stewart also offers a multimedia approach to include WebEx and e-Training, as well as workgroup/departmental training (small groups of 5-6 individuals). We can also conduct centralized workshops if accommodations and space is provided by the customer. Access to our Xerox Knowledge Base, an online portal/search engine, can be made available to all end users at the customer’s discretion. This allows for every feature, functionality and product overview of all Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) to be available on-demand.
